 KATZ BORIS Was born in 1964 in Pskov (Russia).
In 1989 he graduated from Ceramics design studious in "Muchina Academia
Of Art and Design", ST Petersburg, Russia. Qualification: MFA.
1988-1990 was the art designer of the art factory in Pskov, Russia.
1991-1996 worked in the Archeological museum in Jerusalem, Iisrael.
From 1993 he is The Member of Ceramics Artists Association of Israel. Since 1996 Boris Katz founded own ceramics studio in Jerusalem. His works exhibited in the ceramics gallery “Guild” in Jerusalem.

2007 - 1st price at the international biennale of art whistles at the dynamic Museum of Bricks and Terracotta ornaments in Marciano (Perugia, Italy).
Ceramics of artist are found in private collections in Europe, America and Israel. Works of Boris Katz are noted by delicate style and kind humour.
